Process Automation

Atlanta's NFI does Process Automation, which is the art of automating repetitive tasks or processes. This could include preparing certain reports and updating complex data feeds on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Or it could be one-time forms that are all related to one another.

For instance, attorneys often make clients fill out a seemingly endless collection of forms by hand! Much of the information is repetitive: first name, middle initial, last name, address, city, state, zip, etc. You get the picture.

Instead of having clients fill all this out on various forms, have them enter this information into a computer, which then populates all the forms. Now rather than write first name, middle name, last name, etc., 10 times, they can enter that once, and it will then automatically populate the different forms.

Attorneys, financial planners and many other industries have a tremendous number of forms they use both for clients and for internal use. They may also have to fill in forms for external use, such as for reporting to government agencies or to clients to whom they provide services. Cut down on the paperwork; save trees; save time, money and stress, and automate.

If you can think it, we can build it.

NFI Atlanta will do any of the following you need (and other things too):

  • Evaluate current processes
  • Pinpoint and eliminate inefficiencies
  • Suggest processes that could be programmed
  • Identify source data (Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, Access, .csv, .txt, .xml, etc.)
  • Build software to automate the processes
  • Create electronic data entry forms
  • Create exports to your existing MS Word or other files
  • Create batch files for export to government agencies, your suppliers, etc.
